The bedroom is available starting Apr 1st, the room is a large bedroom (18 feet x 11 feet 5 3/8 inches) with a walk-in closet and has its own separate bathroom. The living room and kitchen is fully furnished for use. The apartment has NYC view of midtown and downtown. There is an in unit washer/dryer. The apartment is near schools, bus stops, restaurants, and Acme supermarket. The 2nd street lightrail stop is less than a block from the building. The lightrail can take you to the Path and Newport mall which has a Macy's, Kohl's, and Target. There is a shuttle bus to Hoboken Path station during the weekdays rush hours for Manhattan commuters. The building is next door to Xcel gym, the gym has discount membership for residents. The gym includes pool, weight rooms, yoga, cardio, and free classes. The building has a parking garage with separate monthly parking of $300 a month. There is also street parking available.

About us:

Me and my husband live in the other bedroom. My husband works in finance from 7am to 7pm on a hybrid schedule. I go to school and work part-time. We are fun and friendly, we keep a clean apartment with a robot vaccum/wet mop. Sorry no pets as my husband and I are allergic to cats and dogs.

Move-in

The lease is for one year beginning Apr 1. The room rent is $1,850 a month and one-third utilities.

To move in you need to pass a background check, $30 fee and first month/security deposit ($3,700).
